What we do:
- We come out to your house once a week on the same day and at pretty much the same time.
- We test your pool water and add the chemicals so that you don't need to buy chemicals for the pool. The chemicals are included*.
- Every week we check the Chlorine level, pH and Alkalinity.
- We periodically check for Conditioner (stabilizer), Calcium hardness and Total dissolved solids.
- You don't need to add chemicals between our visits. You don't have to put tabs in your chlorinator.
- We use Liquid Chlorine which has many advantages for use in pool water.
- One advantage is that since we're not adding any byproducts like calcium or lithium, your pool water will look more clear and be more comfortable to swim in. New and long time customers alike marvel at how crystal clear the water is on our service.
No more guessing why it turned green. No more $100.00 emergency trips the pool store and then wondering if you got the right stuff. No more frustration when it doesn't work. Just relax and enjoy your pool.
We use the nationally-acclaimed Route Book system, designed to communicate more quickly and effectively with our customers. Created by the owner, the system uses advanced technology that has been noticed by Inc. Magazine, PalmSource and a few others, including the Austin Business Journal.
We never ask our customers to sign contracts. We have to provide excellent service every week to continue to earn our customers business. We have many dozens of customers on the service that have been on for 20 years or more. They're happy as you will be when you hire us for your family's pool.
* The catch: There is a once a year charge for stabilizer. Stabilizer's function is to hold chlorine in the water. Without stabilizer the pool won't maintain its chlorine level for a week. The annual charge for this treatment is $24.95. Also, while we keep your pool sanitary and safe to swim in, there are some areas of water chemistry we don't cover. For example, if you have trouble with metal stains from copper, iron, manganese or magnesium (the most common) or other stains, we don't treat for those although we can often help advise you of possible solutions.
